Flinch At what range Your are flinching for that low shot where in the string does the low shot come at first last middle. Slow down a bit make every shot count

often this is caused by closing your eyes at the last moment, allowing the muzzle to drop

IMHO you are probably 'dipping' your Glock. In other words, you are anticipating the recoil of the shot and lowering the pistol the instant before you squeeze the trigger. This is also known as 'heeling'. Buy a few dummy rounds and randomly insert them in a magazine. If your sight plane lowers when you squeeze the trigger on a dummy round you will know right away if you are 'dipping'.

Dry fire practice will help cure the problem. It is harder to "maintain your sight alignment" during and following the shot but it is absolutely necessary for consistent shot placement. In the heat of competition your sight picture and grip will automatically drop as you fight to control recoil so you have to train the muscles to shoot the same with every shot. The same thing happens in a self defense shooting - your adrenaline makes your grip harder and you shoot lower - completely missing your target. Dry fire practice about twice the amount you shoot live fire and the problem will disappear. Speer, Sierra, Lyman, Hornady, Hodgdon have reliable reloading data. You won't find it on so and so's web page.

First he has to recognize that HE as a problem. I have had many people tell me they don't have a problem the gun is the problem.

Those are the people who continue to shoot poorly while single-handedly supporting a gunsmith and a gun store. Same as most other situations - education cures ignorance but the cure for stupid is illegal to enact. Speer, Sierra, Lyman, Hornady, Hodgdon have reliable reloading data. Seems to me that the OP is ASKING for ideas, NOT saying it is the gun. Ho, do you know which shot in the string is the "flyer"? How many rounds in the string? If you shoot at a steel target you should see the bullet marks. My suggestion is that you are not reacquiring the front sight each time in your attempt to shoot fast. Slow down just a fraction, consciously reacquire the front sight before shooting the next round. Many of the shooters on youtube shoot fast, but do not show the target! A double tap is NOT two shots as fast as you can pull the trigger. The front sight is acquired each time. Peter. Be without fear in the face of your enemies.
