Can anyone help with identifing S&W holsters using the numbers stamped below the logo that they were stamped with. I have inheireted some original holsters but do not know what guns they were made for.

www.pistolsmith.com/index.php look here under S & W. Just a guess, but look for letters that might be linked to frame size. J, K, L, N frames. If the holster were not made by S & W, different manufacutres had there own code for the guns the holsters would fit. Sone were one size fits all, almost. Post some numbers and/or markings, brands if not made by S & W. I have old catologs that may help.
