Barnes 470 bullets
What is your opinion of the Barnes triple shock 470 bullet? Has anyone shot them? They are about .3" longer than Woodleighs.

Into my heart on air that kills
From yon far country blows:
What are those blue remembered hills,
What spires, what farms are those?
That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

They do a fine job fouling your barrels, terminally they work but personally I would shoot the Woodies, Northforks, and Swifts.

Where you using the new TSX? I have found they foul much less than Partitions, Northfork, or accubonds in all my rifles.

Not sure of DR. I use Wooleighs in my Merkle.

I use Barnes X and TSX in .338 WM, .375 H&H and .416 Rigby bolt rifles ... their performance has been flawless. But I do not use them in DRs.
