As we have all been waiting, Dave has taken these photos for us to drool over. I must say it is a stunning piece and well worth the wait. Antlers: It's a beavertail forearm. I tried to order a splinter forearm but it is not an option on a Chapuis. It does have a flip up night sight and one standing and three folding rear sights. Dale Nygaard treated me very well. It is a very well done solid rifle, shoots well and represents a very good value in a double and it only took about four months from order to delivery. I didn't show a picture of the other sideplate. It has two buffalo engraved on the other side.
