FYI

The pimped out Fraser 600 NE sold for $100,000 plus 15%- 115,000.... ouch

The 375 2.5" Holland with broken stock (poorly repaired) sold for $40,000 plus 15%- $46,000.

Other stuff was going for stupid money as well.

It was in CA, so perhaps all the Hollywood starlets showed up?
Hey, at another action someone bought a pair of London-made SLEs for 35+K with 76mm chambers (American gunsmithing). Gee, the world is full of bright eyed folks just looking for a BAD investment. shocker
Well, I heard university education in USA is extremely expensive.

It was Greg Martin Auctions and was a 3 day event. This Monday-Wed. The doubles rifles sold on Tues.

The Holland went for WAY too much money $46k with the juice. OUCH. Give me $46 K and I will deliver you a holland royal in a big caliber not a 375 2.5" with a broken stock. The stock was broke at the wrist and POORLY repaired. The brake was still clearly visible from the photos that the auction house sent to me. It just amazes me that someone would pay that kind of money when George has a better condition rifle for much less. Guess some people have a lot of extra play money and are willing to throw it around.
