Condition? Says it Closes tight and shoots well..
What action type? etc?

Also this a legal B5 Caliber being .375 diameter?

Looks like it's been ridden hard and put up wet. Standard boxlock action I would presume. If it were a droplock, I'm sure they would have mentioned that. Wood appears to be oil soaked. Whoever drilled the holes in the rib for the scope mount should be shot. All that being said, not a bad price for a Westley.

What i thought as well. Not sure if it can be restored (drilled holes filled and concealed) etc?

The barrels don't fit the back of receiver very good. Barrels are smaller in diameter. Wonder if it is a rebarrel or is this common? I won't think WR would make it that way.

That is similar to a 9.5X57 Mannlicher Schoenauer! Similar to a 375X2.5 inch??
