Looks like it's been ridden hard and put up wet. Standard boxlock action I would presume. If it were a droplock, I'm sure they would have mentioned that. Wood appears to be oil soaked. Whoever drilled the holes in the rib for the scope mount should be shot. All that being said, not a bad price for a Westley.

Westley c-bite action(in house design, with the third bite), T series serial#range. I agree with he above poster, rode hard and put away wet....

The barrels don't fit the back of receiver very good. Barrels are smaller in diameter. Wonder if it is a rebarrel or is this common? I won't think WR would make it that way.

Holes could easily be filled and covered up.
