There is a certain something about a well built rifle that has been well cared for but has had a hard life and like an old face, it's wears its marks and scares with a level of pride. I once had the privilege of handling one of karma mojo Bell's rifles - it was very well worn, but you could feel the adventures that rifle had been through.

Wonderful story and great craftsmanship shown in the restoration. I toured the Heym factory a few years ago when living in Heidelberg and I was very impressed with every step of the process of turning out a quality firearm, for both show and hard work in the field. The whole rifle is built backwards! D/R Hunter Correct bullet placement, combined with the required depth of bullet penetration, results in an anchored animal...

One would think that with all the time, money, and commitment necessary to put that rifle back into it's current state of glory, they would have at least put the cheek piece on the correct side!
