I would like to try a pistol scope (Bushnell Phantom) on my Kodiak ML double but I’m concern about debris and powder that can affect scope’s ocular, because the scope’s position (in front of nipples). Have someone use a pistol scope on a cap lock rifle? I plan to put scope mount where the Kodiak have the rear sight. Any advice would help, before I by the scope. damn good idea, only question would be the eye relief on a pistol scope. it might be further away than what the rear sight would be. if so maybe a scout scope would work | |||
