i had the opportunity to meet Charles Prince this afternoon... he took the time to show me several Heym doubles... i especially liked the PH model...in .470 ne.... very nice rifle, very nice gentleman... thanks...

Did Charles show you some Chapuis, or only the Heym? I work over seas but am from the Houston area (was actually born in the sprawling metropolis of Columbus, Texas) and plan to order a 9.3x74R before year end. I plan a short leave to Houston in August and was going to try to go talk to Charles Prince at that time.

brazos jack---- i looked at 3 differnt heym .470ne's... then mr.prince went after his chapuis 9.3... the chapuis he has is an ejector gun...an RGEX if i'm correct....

The binoculars are Carl Zeiss 7x50. Leather and brass. I'm not sure what year. I paid $20 at an estate sale...
