I have both Horneber and Betram brass and there is a significant difference in weight as I had mentioned in the past.

This morning decided to see difference in water capacity and it is 214grains water for Horneber vs. 203grains of water for Bertram.

Only point to take away from this is yet another reminder that components are not interchangeable and when one component is substituted, to start low and work up again.

A safe load in the Horneber brass might result in 4,000-5,000psi increase if used in the Bertram brass.

Just tought it worth sharing ...

Hi Jorge,
Regulated with WR ammo.

Thanks Cal, I'll look in your book for that info. I'm not concerned about those differences since I practice what I preach as far as working up loads. This is just a reminder to myself and to others about that "rule" of reading.

Stay well,
Paul
