Ce bon!

You now know the limits of my French. Other than, "Voulez vous se couche avec moi ce soir?" And that is directed to your rifle!

WOW! Damn beautiful rifle!

Listen, a rifle that pretty can't shoot all that good. I think you had better send it down here to Texas so we can "tweak" her for you! shocker

Now I know why you picked up this lady from Cabella's DR whorehouse, she's a beauty, congratulations. If she shoots half as well as she looks you won't have to divorce her down the road, looks like a keeper.

Hey JPK:

I didn't know you like to sleep with DR rifles.. Eeker

You could have her for a few nights, I think I could pimp her out for a few boxes of Federal 470 NE shells. Let's see at $302 a box that comes to..... Roll Eyes

Ya never know.... LOL

Hu Guys:

Thanks for all the comps, now all I got to do is put all my new reloading supplies together.

I got the new RCBS Rockchucker Supreme press. I just ordered the long base for my Forster case trimmer and a new pilot for the 470 NE. I found some new A-square brass from Tiggertate, and RCBS dies shell holder from his buddy. The only thing that's missing is the bullets. I really want to stick to Woodleigh to regulate this sucker. Prices are expensive on these puppies, seems Midway has the best price so far. I all ready have RL-15 and H4138 to start the testing. Oh yea, still trying to get those damn Kynoch Wads, left message for Trader Keith.

Regards... Jim P.

Hi LJS:

Just grab her by the butt and take her on home...LOL

Go to Cabelas online and go into the Fine Gun Romm do a search on Chapuis or any other big name, all the rifles in all the stores will pop up and the locations. It costs $25.00 to have one shipped in and looked at.

Hi F2F:

Welcome aboard to the AR forums, I see that this is your first post. I am far from the expert when it comes to double rifles. But there are many on this forum that are.

I am not sure what you mean by what gamme does it come from? But the model is the Capuis Agex Brousse.

Thanks for the welcome PAHunter!

The gamme means in which series does this model fit into-

In your case its in the "Artisanale" gamme.

and the model is "AGEX Brousse" , which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful models offered by Chapuis.

Congratualations on your aquisition, you have a fine rifle. Big Grin

PAHunter,

Why not use Reloader 22, or 19 it is a bulkier powder and does not need filler wads.
They recommend:
Powder,Min. Weight (grains),Velocity (fps),Max. weight (grains), Velocity fps)
RL 19 111 2159 115 2244
RL 22 113 2167 117 2234
Data from Alliant website.
I am going to try the RL 22 in my Krieghoff this weekend, will let you know.
