Biebs told me this is the only double than will shoot under a "oil drum" of angle at 50 yards. He also said it was too well engineered for the double rifle crowd. And that the R-8 w/ steel is the future. But then he has also mentioned he looks like Robert Redford. Mike | |||

Well, I own a Blaser S2 in 500NE and it will be the last of my double guns I sell. It has a QD scope mount that returns to zero perfectly and is very accurate. Now the odds of me using it in Africa are close to zero, but I will still keep it and shoot it! You guys can stick to your Merkels, but I LOVE my Blaser S2. That is a good place for it for the Blaser double rifle, Far, far into the future when it is the only gun allowed!
