Connecticut shotguns had the scaled down Win 21 double in 22. lr at the Vegas show. I didn't get details. guess I should have read the post below first. | ||

I handled that one at the DSC show. It didn't have firing pin holes in the breeh face, and the top lever lug wans't in place. Workmanship is wonderfull. It's very small though and to me too light. I can't see the interest or use of a .22 LR in a side by side with just iron sights! Perhaps larger rifle cartridges yes. I have visited that plant in New Britain, CT. Get the 'power' or optic that your eye likes instead of what someone else says. When we go to the doctor they ask us what lens we like! Do that with your optics. | |||

All doubles are beautiful in their own way. But, what can you expect from a Savage. That's like saying you couldn't have anything to do with a beautiful woman who was an A cup because your prefer D cups, regardless of her other attributes. And remember, with rifles, unlike women, you are not limited to one -- they don't get jealous or file for divorce. | |||
