Where do you guys who own these, sight in your scoped double rifles (POI)?I was thinking of 1 inch high at 50 yards for starters and then shooting at 100 to see if any adjustments needed to be made. Peter I sight in all of my scoped guns, including my scoped double dead on at 100 yards. That is my basic zero. Then depending on calibre I shoot and zero them at 200, and 300 yards [if it is a 200 or 300 yard cartridge] as I have access to a 300 yard range. I have shot my 9,3x74R double to 300 yards. If you are talking about a 40cal and up double I would zero it at 100 yards. Then I would shoot it at 25, 50, 75, 150 and 200. Why at 150 and 200... why not, there is nothing wrong with knowing where your gun hits annd how good it shoots at distance. I have shot my 450/400 to 300 yards and my 450 No2 to 200 yards both with the flip up express iron sights, they do not have scopes. I usually keep my 9,3x74R zeroed at 150 yards. I just hold a little high at 200 and on the top of the back at 300. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

Peter I have one 450/400 3 1/4" double. It does not have a scope. My 450 No2 does not have a scope either. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY
