Folks can anyone tell me if the Sabatti double rifles come drilled and tapped in order to mount a red dot sight.

Thanks,

Yes they are drilled and tapped for a scope rail that is a Weaver style.

Yes and for a red dot sight you can just use two of the holes; have to make a shorter Weaver base but that is easy to do. Or you can install the full length weaver base that comes with the rifle.

I've had a doc optik on mine for quite some time. Easy to mount and the low profile still makes the rifle look sleek. Red dots are the perfect way to go.
