Had been looking for RCBS Safari dies but ended up with CH4D dies due to availability. Can say I absolutely love them over the damn Hornady dies I had. Fit and finish are great and what I consider on par with a great die.
Anyway, was able to get my hands on 3lbs of RL15. Had bought some CEB 510grain solids and 475grain raptor with tips after talking with Sam and Michael. Based on their load data and some others using the same bullet/powder combinations, I started with 104gr RL15 and worked my way up to 110gr using just the 510gr solid. No pressure signs on any of the loads. The 104 gr group was vertical and touching at 50 yards (yes, bench shooting for development. Once I get a load, I go to sticks/offhand). Each load thereafter crossed barrels and spread got worse. Sam had said at some point they may cross and then come back as the velocity increased but was not the case in mine before hitting the 110gr load. They ended up crossing barrels and getting about a 4.5" spread till done. Looks like I'm back to the range and backing down the powder charge. Hoping 102/103 grains will be magic. Thanks to everyone, I should have a great regulation load with just a few tests!

Did loads in 1gr increments from 100gr to 103gr inclusive. Not much group deviation between them and none crossed. Both 102 and 103 are within an inch of each other. Also loaded up (2) of the 475 gr Safari Raptors with tips using 102gr of RL15. They almost touched, so I think I will stay @102gr as a single load for each. Was surprised at Raptor as I put a 6" diameter pine log behind the target, and it blew thru that like butter. Looked slightly larger than the solid holes in the log. Now I just need to order up a bunch more CEBs and start off the sticks/offhand.
