Jorge,

It's used to fill gaps in deep crevices before caulking. I would look around the paint area of Home Depot or Lowes.

Found them! works great! off to the range tomorrow, and BTW I tried one round without the foam and 84gr of RL15 and you can feel the slight "hang" before the boom. Won't do that again!

I use Dacron, about 5 grs. or Kynoch .470 wads..both work equally well and the Kynoch are faster and less trouble.

Just be careful what you use, some of this stuff melts and that's not a good thing in your bore.

In Wright's book and on testing done by the likes of Michael (see above), dacron has proven to given erratic pressure excursions. Further, many here have used the foam without melting issues.
