My wonderful girlfriend took me out for walk in 40 degree build-up heat, and spied this old bull for me. The mob he was with cut our wind, and they started drifting away; and I caught-up with them in some tea-tree, and commenced sending Woodleigh 570 grain solids over to him. Not my best shooting, but all sorted soon enough. My humble Merky won again, and I think this is my first scrub bull with a double rifle. My good friend Alex Beer killed a grand old scrub bull with this rifle last October.  | ||
