Guys, I believe the Chapuis is regulated for the 286-grain bullet, but I was wondering what other weights regulate for you with handloads? Favorite bullets? There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author

Well, now I own one (thanks to Ken at Kebco), and as soon as the weather moderates will get out the chrony and takes some handloads to the range. I have the Speer 270s at hand as they are off the shelf here, and plan to try the Nosler 286s. I see JudgeG gets the Barnes 250 TSX to regulate in his Merkel. And Will has had some luck with the Woodleigh 320 in a Chapuis, I believe. Lots to sort out. P.S. Will-what load are you using with the 320s? Just ordered a box of Mt. Baldy 270-grain .367 FN cast bullets to try, too. There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author

Bullet weight, hell, I just want to find someone that has a Chapuis that I can shoot. Thinking about getting one, as I have heard how good they are!
