Pictures from B. Searcy’s website showing his new Rising bite lock rifle between a pair of Rigbys!
Very nice examples in all cases!

McKayThe middle one looks Chunky.

Butch SearcyMac,
The reason it looks chunky is because the two Rigbys are 7 lb shotguns and the Searcy is a 10.5 lb 470.

lavacaWhat I need is a .500NE and a 12 gauge shotgun, and a .375 Flanged and a 20 gauge shotgun -- matched pair with both barrels. Butch could go to town, my wife could call her lawyer, etc. But wouldn't it be lovely.

You need to be careful of rifle/ shotgun combos. Balance will be a challenge as well as, drop and comb and heel.

luvtoreloadThe rising bite Rigby is the most beautiful of all double rifles, in my opinion! Wonderful lines and fantastic workmanship.
