I posted these pictures on the custom rifle forum but thought this would be acceptable in the double rifle forum also.

Pictures from B. Searcy’s website showing his new Rising bite lock rifle between a pair of Rigbys!

Mac,
The reason it looks chunky is because the two Rigbys are 7 lb shotguns and the Searcy is a 10.5 lb 470.

It looks like the originals have intercepting sears. Does yours?

What I need is a .500NE and a 12 gauge shotgun, and a .375 Flanged and a 20 gauge shotgun -- matched pair with both barrels. Butch could go to town, my wife could call her lawyer, etc. But wouldn't it be lovely.

You need to be careful of rifle/ shotgun combos. Balance will be a challenge as well as, drop and comb and heel.

The rising bite Rigby is the most beautiful of all double rifles, in my opinion! Wonderful lines and fantastic workmanship.
