I have a small number of Merkel 141's, this is the small frame gun with adjustable regulation. All have the rounded comb stock, thin recoil pad, I have both single trigger and double trigger guns, dovetail with blank for scope already fitted in the rib. Pictures of a example can be seen at www.kebcollc.com under firearms, rifles.

I bought one last year from Ken. These little rifles are amazingly accurate, quick-pointing and fun.... and they work:

Wish I could make this happen. I bought a 96 in 9.3 from Ken and it is more than satisfactory. It has been fun to explore the 96 and the 9.3x57 caliber. I hope you do well with those doubles. Packy

I have shot Brain1's Merkel 141 in 9,3x74R, and I really liked it.

I am a fan of short light weight rifles, and I think that a 9,3 double is one of the best hunting rifles on the Planet.
