Dave, I like my Heym 500 and have a Heym 577 on the way. Double poor and getting rid of all but a few that I use.

Please, what weight are you expecting your HEYM 577
to be, and what length will the bbls be? Same quesions

My current Heym 500 has 26 inch barrels and weighs 11 lbs 8 oz I think. I asked for my 577 to be as close as possible to the 500. 26 inch barrels and light contoured barrels. I hope to have it soon and then I'll know how it turned out.

regulated with 750 Woodliegh softs & solids, or are you having it
regulated with ammo loaded with CEB bullets? And if so, what grain weight?
Will it have an oval Cheek piece?

Yes gun is being regulated with Kynamco ammo with Woodleigh softs. This is the most common factory load available. No way to have it regulated with CEBs. They as easy to get to shoot so I'm not worried about regulation with them. If the 577 is regulated as well as the 500 is I'll be very happy. Yes I want a light under 12 lb 577. Recoil isn't a problem and I'd rather not carry a 14 lb gun for 20 miles in 100 degree heat.
