How do you measure the barrel of a double rifle?

How do you measure the barrel of a double rifle?
When a maker says the barrels are 24", does this mean the length from the breach to the muzzle like in a shotgun, or is it the length after decusting the chamber length?

the same way the ATF does... from the breech face to the longest end of the muzzle, recessed crowns don't matter here
