Source for Chapuis DR Rear Sight Sets?

Looking for a source for a rear sight set (fixed plus 3 folding leaves) for a Chapuis DR. I've done a cursory search and haven't found anything, so before I really start looking--or make one--I thought I'd ask the members here.
