Graeme Wrights third Edition" Shooting the British Double Rifle" has just started arriving in Australia

Australia
I love a sunburnt country,
A land of sweeping plains,
Of ragged mountain ranges,
Of drought and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons,
I love her jewel-sea,
Her beauty and her terror
The wide brown land for me!

I wonder if Amazon will carry it. They list
the 2nd edition as unavailable since it is
out of print. Ordering from Australia
would make the postage expensive.

Use a double rifle. It just feels better.

Guys, I was wondering if someone could help me out? I must have had a pay pal account a long time ago but for the life of me, I can't remember the login name but it still remembers my e-mail address. Thus, when I went to buy the book, it won't let me complete the transaction with my credit card. If someone in the USA is buying Graeme Wrighs book, could you please pick up a copy for me and I will send you a check. If anyone can do this for me, please send me a PM.

"Shooting the British Double Rifle" 3rd edition - buy it here

Yes I should be able to do a group buy of 5 books or more, US$37.50 each plus postage to one address in the US (other countries also available). However "Print Post" (seamail (3 weeks to 3 months)) is used for this method which is why there are considerable savings (post/freight). US$237.50 including postage and packing.

Normal parcel post (ie air) is also offered and the postage price is discounted for a short time.
US$39.50 + $20 p&p to the USA.

See the above link for info and ordering plus other countries. Aust A$49.50 + $13 p&p.

That's what I'm referring to, NitroX's offer to send 5 or
more books to one address in the USA for $47.50 per book.

1- If anyone is in the area that I described in the earlier
post then it would cost $47.50 U.S. dollars per book and then
we meet in Manhattan or at the Del. Water Gap for example to
get the books into your hands.

2- If a guy is farther away than where I described in my earl-
ier post then he's going to first spend the $47.50, then when
the books get to me I'll get a price from the post office about
sending the book to specific addresses within the USA.

Guys, start sending me PM's that include your name and the address

that you want the books mailed to. I'll PM you back with my address

so you can send the check for $47.50. Remember You'll be paying ad-

ditional postage from me to you. I don't know how much till the post

office tells me. Of course if you're where we can meet, then there's

no second check to be sent by you to me.

Mike Brooks,

that is in Australia...
It ain't as simple as jogging down to the nearest Barnes & Noble.

I have had about zero luck with ordering books from overseas. In 2006 I ordered a set of books inscribed from a hunter/writer in SA. Still waiting for those three puppies.

Gentlemen,

Please note the cheaper shipping offer and discount on the GROUP BUY book order needs to go by "Print Post" which may result in a wait for your books as this option is by SEA to the USA. The reason for the much cheaper postage costs per book. The shipping time is listed on the order page.

The normal air parcel post option for normal orders will get you your books much much faster.

If you don't mind the delay please order with the GROUP ORDER "Print Post" Shipping offer of five or more books. If the longer shipping time is an issue I recommend the normal air parcel post. Sorry for any inconvenience but the group order order option was offered on the order page only after I confirmed the method of shipping.

The first lot of books will go off mid this week so for orders the books will be on their way this week.

Enjoy and thanks for the orders.

John Hahn

Chief....the second edition has a fair amount on BP and nitro for BP. Can't comment on latest, but I don't think he "removes" info from previous editions, just adds info.

Eighty copies of the book went out this morning by post. Expect them within 7 to 14 days (more or less) depending on the post.

I hope this long awaited Third edition proves useful. thumb
