Well my check from Rem came today for the spr 22 30-06 I returned. My saga with them is over.
The people at Remington were very helpful.I can't say the same For EAA Dave

So they gave you a full refund ?

Yes they did purchase price plus shipping When all this was taking place they did not have a replacement rifle. So they agreed to a refund
that was on July 27 and I received the refund today
