gunsamerica.com 976731491. Splendid looking, mint bores, scoped, reasonable 20,900. Too heavy for me though at 10 lbs. 10 oz.

It was re-bored, re-chambered, and re-proved from .35 Winchester in 1986. It was probably restocked at the same time. ------------------------------------------------ "Serious rifles have two barrels, everything else just burns gunpowder."

Mike Schwandt in Wisconsin has one on his site, don't know if it is the same gun?? I did see one as described above up in Virginia with a private owner several years ago...proof marks were a mess!! In most small action doubles, either 375 2 1/2 or even a 35 Win...it is generally a dangerous conversion...the 375 Flanged Mag is a big game thumper with all of the related pressures...not a 30-30 relative!! Beware!! 470EDDY
