Suggest one element of due diligence would be to ask the serial number and contact Butch Searcy to be sure that this is one of his newer productions.

If it is an older one, Butch will probably go over it for you. Its easy to contact him so check and see. He is very easy to talk to.

It surely must be a recent one, as it has a rib-extension/third-fastener of some sort.
