For several years, Searcy rifles were made on the Browning frame. In the past 5 years, I've only seen a couple for sale. Why, and where are they??

577ne, I suspect they are being used by their owners to shoot all sorts of "BITE-BACKS"! Those older Searcys built on a modified Browning BSS action are not pritty, but they shoot, and are tough rifles! ....Mac >>>===(x)===> MacD37, ...and DUGABOY1 DRSS Charter member "If I die today, I've had a life well spent, for I've been to see the Elephant, and smelled the smoke of Africa!"~ME 1982 Hands of Old Elmer Keith
