When it comes to double rifles, or any kind of two barreled break open guns, the style, lock, action that comes in mind are the break open. But, I have seen a photo of a old German falling/rolling block double. How common where that style? Was it also made in shotguns, combo guns and so? Where there lot of these made? There have been a variety of falling block rifles for a long time. When it comes to doubles not sure how many have ventured that style. I know Hagen made one not sure if they have made more. More recently Bailey Bradshaw (look on this forum)from Texas has started production of double rifles with the falling block actions. I have one on order in 450 3 1/4 and Biebs has one coming in 500 NE. He has a web site also. Good Luck Larry | |||
