I know that Galazan's (Connecticut Shotgun) sells NE Kynoch ammo, and probably carries or can order the wads.

Galizans usedto carry them, but you have to call them and ask. You can order them directly from Kynoch directly using the link above.

I am making a trip to a foam manufacturer tomorrow here in Houston. I'll see if I can't scare up something?

Getting the foam is easy, where do you get a 1/2" hole punch?

I have ordered 10 36'X36" 7/8 foam sheets.

I would have had them cut them, however they wanted $200-500 to make the cutting dies.

When the foam get here, we'll parcel it out.

I think you can get a 1/2" hole cutter, from Bufflao Arms(?). Black powder shooters use them to make over powder cards. Should work just fine for making foam plugs. Might check with auto parts stores, ask for gasket hole punch.

50 BMG brass works pretty well when you sharpen it a bit with a chamfer.

The punch is a gasket punch. The ones I have are known as a arch punch. They come in 1/16" diameter increments. They are available from industrial hardware stores. Probably avaiable from one of the 800 number tool houses, McMaster Carr and Grainger.
