It's difficult to do that or is similar to any shotgun ?

I find the triggers of my 9,3x74 to heavy...I don't mind this with th back (left) trigger but I want to be able to shoot more easy with the right barrel.

Does any of you have done this to your doubles ?

Thanks

L

All of mine (except Collector pieces) have had the Triggers checked when I buy them and I get them modified by a gunsmith to 3 - 3.5 lbs front and 4 - 4.5 lbs rear.

So yes, I do.

Thanks !!

I think I will follow your same formula.

It's time to do some "tunning" on my "poor man's DR" Big Grin

I have decided to change the plastic (fiber)from the open sights. Ivory and silver will improve the look.

In the future maybe I will clean the satin finish from the stock and replace it with some nut oil..and who knows...go even further with cold blued barrels... Wink

Thanks again

I had the triggers on my 9.3 Sabatti reduced to those pulls by Tip Burns. Much nicer to shoot.

Boxhead-Can you give me contact info for Tip Burns.I may want to let him do a trigger job for me also.

We seldom get to choose
But I've seen them go both ways
And I would rather go out in a blaze of glory
Than to slowly rot away!
