Hello all, I have a question about a Jeffery .333 flanged double rifle that I have been eyeing off for the better part of two years.
It is a fairly plain rifle, boxlock, with some tigers engraved on the plates.
The asking price is around $23K, though I suspect I can beat it down to under 20.
Can anyone here provide any info about this kind of rifle? If necessary I can take some pictures and might research it further myself.
It's a nifty rifle and caliber, but I haven't really read much about it, so any more info is going to be nice to hear.

Of the one's I've seen and own, most seem to be plainer guns with Tigers.

It is a Jeffery, and I'l try and get in for some pictures Tomorrow, otherwise it will be a few weeks with Easter in the midst before I can get around to it.

There was a 333 Jeffery double discussed on another forum just recently.
I think it went for under $20K but not sure what the final price was.

The 333 is a great medium but I just can't see one getting much more than $15K IMO.
