I know that a number of people here have purchased a 9.3X74R Verney-Carron SXS from Ken. I just got one myself. Would someone make suggestions as to loads you have found useful in your rifles? I have lots of Privi-Partisan 286 grain bullets for good cheap soft points, and I believe that I still have Norma 232-grainers used for the Merkel I used to have. I have a good supply of Norma 203B powder which is used in Norma factory duplication loads in this caliber. I have plenty of Norma brass and some Hornady factory ammo as well. I will most likely focus on the 286 grain bullets unless the recoil is too stiff in this 7 pound gun.
