Is anybody changing out grip caps on their guns?

I have been thinking about switching out the one on my Merkel with something made of steel or bone.

Are there any companies out there that are known for this?

As always, pictures would be nice.

I like Jerry Fisher's single screw cap. Just seems to be well proportioned. Brownells or Midway.

I have one on my Merkel that has an engraved Cape Buffalo head on it. It was done when I sent the rifle up to LeRoy Barry at Canyon Creek Gunstocks in Montana and had it re-stocked with some very nice walnut and custom checkering. LeRoy does all of the restocking for Merkel when there's a need here in the U.S. He had the blued steel grip cap done for me and it is very nice. No picture of it here at the office or I would post for you.
