Beautiful rifle. I wonder why they opted not to get a big bore cartridge?

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! You're not in trouble, Don... (In fact, when you see the new frame sizes and new weights, you may come back over from the dark side.)

It's a simple model really.

Rather than including some engraving and charging extra for what should be included mechanically, we include the mechanics and let the customer decide how much engraving they do or don't want.

Standard features are:

Auto Ejectors
Intercepting Sears
Articulated Front Trigger
Your choice of barrel lengths
Stocked to fit (right or left hand)
Shoe-Lump Barrels (no mono-block) Chopper-Lump at extra cost.

Engraving is at extra cost, and you can have as little or as much as you like.

Some have called it "teutonic", but here is a recent example of one that is engraved.

Yep, its mine. Pretty happy with how she looks. I like the classical lines of the rifle and everything seems to blend together very nice, including the brown recoil pad. Hopefully it will fit me as well as my Searcy 450 NE. Should be able to hit the range with it within a couple of weeks.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

Knowing that the Action has been hardened, can some basic border engraving be added later or would this be a problem?

That should go well too.

The horizontal red lines on the target = 1" each. That puts the group at @ 1.5"

Randy asked that the sight be filed to shoot 1-1.5" high at 50. With the bead placement as indicated, this should be right where he wanted it.
