8x58 rimmed, it is the danish military cartrigde for the krag jørgensen rifle, it actually packs quite a punch. you can fire form the 30/40 cases for the new case, i will see if i can find the loading info for you. please read this before you hurt yourself, cotw is very flawed on this cartg. and potentially dangerous. http://dutchman.rebooty.com/8x58rd.html best regards peter | |||

Mark, here are marks on the water table & flats, 172/28,there is a line across this number,then U with a crown over it,german eagle mark,then G with a crown,load data on the side, 2G GBP ST . M .G then,the german eagle is repeated on the flats & the barrel. N with a crown
