Nope, not yet but I'm hoping that it gets here in a week.( Cross your fingers for me!) I've got a Pedersoli 9.3X74R and the recoil isn't bad at all. When I first got it I ran 3 boxes thru it and the next day I didn't hurt much. The Chapuis is a lighter rifle but I don't expect much more recoil. I talked to Dale this morning -- anyone know how to spell his last name? He said the wooden butt plate comes off w. a couple screws, so I can just replace it w. a limbsaver if I have to.
