Thanks Will. I am looking to have a 8x75 RS made. Heym chambers for it, Chapuis does not, looks like Krieghoff does. Looks like everybody makes the barrels too short though.

Hello, If I was looking for a Krieghoff firearm or dealer, I would give Krieghoff International Inc. a call in Ottsville, PA ph# 610 847-5173. They seem to really know thier busness. Good luck, Daryl Shehan.

Yeah, they're all 600mm/23.6". Since you want to order it, Heym will build you one with 26" barrels. They had 3 PH model double rifles with 26" barrels at SCI. Call Chris at Heym USA (214) 606-2566 and discuss it with him. I much prefer the Heym to the K-gun anyway.

400 Nitro Express,
Yes I've been in contact with Chris. He doesn't seem to be able to get me a quote on the 26 inch barrels yet but I'm sure he will eventually. I've used the search function on the 8x75RS and have noted the advice and information that you gave. Thank You for that. I thought that the Krieghoff regulation wedge might be a good solution to the 55K psi , allowing me to regulate it to 2500fps with 220 grain bullets and get the traditional 49K. I chose the 8x75RS because I can get 9.3x74 brass and form to 8x75, and bullets are also available in Argentina where I hunt. The cartridge is in the power range I want for red stag and wild boar.
The .333 Jeffrey would be just right but I won't be able to get brass or bullets.

Thanks I just sent them an email. The trouble seems to be getting the 65cm barrels.
