Hi All, I have been lurking for a while, but have joined the ranks. I picked up a Chapuis UGEX 9,3x74R from Kebco a few months ago and finally had a chance to shoot it. I love it. I've always wanted a double and now I'm hooked. I'm planning on using it on the deer hunt this year and probably hogs in Florida next spring. Thanks for a great forum. pmartym, welcome to the fold now all you need is to add the DRSS to your sig line, and you are a member! Congratulations  on your new Chapuis, and you picked the best chambering for North America, and it will take care of business in Africa as well. I have two 9.3X74R double rifles, and the little Merkel 140E is the one I pick up when headed for the hog deer, Elk, or black bear woods! I can assure you this will not be your last double rifle.
