I have used R15 in my 45-70 load, my 7mm08 and my 375. Where I live it gets colder than any part of Texas. I work up and develop loads in the spring, summer and shoot and hunt in the fall and winter. We have a temp change of over 100 degreese between summer and winter.

I have never noticed a diffrence in FPS or other measurable performance.

Good luck, I hope this helps.
