It took a few years but I wore hole in my Darn Tough socks. Sent back and didn't hear from them.. After couple months I called them. They had sent me a warranty claim number the day they received them, but it apparently went to spam. So when I called today, they gave me a new claim number. When I went to checkout, I was being charged shipping which was not supposed to happen. So I called and the customer support lady was most helpful and got my order all taken care of---NO CHARGE. I like their product and their warranty.

Today I received tracking number and product has been delivered to post office---this was ordered late yesterday.

Product arrived today. That was prompt.
