So God is just about finished creating Adam and Eve and he has two characteristics to apply, one to each of them.

"First" he says, "is the ability to pee standing up." Adam thinks to himself, that would be great. When I'm out in the garden I can just let it fly. "Pick me, pick me!" God gives Adam the ability to pee standing up and checks that off the list.

God looks at the list and says, "Okay, Eve, you get multiple orgasms."
