Yep,she is out on cloud nine. That being said I don't know if it's still effect but in the past the state of Arizona voted against the time change issue,so they kept the clocks the same year round.I also approve of their policy of insuring the driver rather than the vehicle.Makes sense as you can only drive one at a time but the lobbyists here in Texas are earning their money by protecting the insurance companies.
