You think too good about the Russians. This case, of course, silly, but the water is a dangerous environment. Many years ago my uncle was killed on the river, crashed into the rope. Some idiots don't come up with anything better than to drag the logs to the water with the boat, and the rope was stretched across the river. He spent his whole life on the water, because he was lame. During the Civil war he was arrested by the English or American sailors, thought he was a Bolshevik spy then he was released. During the arrest, he agreed to sentry and bought a rifle for a bottle of moonshine

Well, yes. Yes, but in those places where my parents lived, White almost was not, there were troops of England, USA, France, Anzac, etc.
