The beauty of all this as I see it is that in all our nations + cultures we are in disaccord but ANY cat anywhere in the world will speak the same language. Never mistake motion for action.

I was under the impression that all cultural differences are not so great and mostly exaggerated. Although, as experts say, for example, Russians more close to Italians and Latinos in General. The barrier is mostly linguistic and not cultural. Actually, not all people are able to tell jokes even in their native language. Besides, there is also such phenomenon, as "Soviet jokes", which for decades was generated by the relevant institutions during the cold war. Americans consider them "Russians", but for Russians they are not funny. And have a sense of humor even in dogs. Personal story: I had a dog that I sometimes used the English orders (this meant that the jokes were over). Ie, instead of Russian "sidet'" I said "sit down". Then one day I was sitting in a cafe in Gorky Park, and at the next table sat an English family. Mom strictly said 5-year-old daughter "Sit down!". My dog looked at them, and then with a smile looked at me. "People talk dog language!".
