Did you hear about the banker who was recently

arrested for embezzling $100,000 to pay for his daughter's college education?

As the policeman, who also had a daughter in college, was leading him away in handcuffs, he said to the banker, "I have just one question for you. Where were you going to get the rest of the money?"

No kidding! I had one go to college that I paid for, one that went on the GI bill, + my eldest never had any interest in college, just in the workforce.

That broght to mind one that I heard here a few years ago. Daddy was visiting his daughter at college + asked her how everything was going. She replies that she is really working hard + keeping a top grade average but there is no time for anything else in her life. Then Dad asks about her friend Katywho they grew up together + entered college at the same time. She says, Well Katy is not doing so well since she spends all her nights partying + never studies, I'm afraid she's gonna flunk out. So her dad says Well since you have so many points + she has none why don't you give her some of yours? Daughter blows up. Are you kidding me?! I've busted my butt working for what I have + you think I should give 1/2 of it away to somebody else who doesn't care about applying them self?! Daddy says, "Now you're thinking like a Republican."
