A reporter goes to the local hospitals maternity ward where the new babies are kept. In the front room are all these healthy,happy babies. In the back room are all these sickly,malnourished,whiny babies. He asks the nurse what is the deal. She tells him that the latter ward is the artificial insemination ward + you know what they say;spare the rod + spoil the child.
