The one thing the sanctions won't effect. Be prepared for a long wait.

Yes what sanctions -- 60% of the US traffic to Afghanistan goes via Russia. Way through Pakistan is dangerous. Putin because of this, subjected to cruel criticism in Russia. I once wrote an article with angry denunciations about the US base in Ulyanovsk Smiler
But I would not like to have here the branch of forum "Policy", and so befouled to the last degree. I just liked the picture, made with good sense of humor.
Therefore, the issue of whether to post here pictures and jokes with a political context?

It reminded me of that old story. In the spring our section of the owners of Russian spaniels move out of Moscow on field training. The first trip in May is a holiday, as the beginning of the hunting season, and fun near campfire sometimes not end until the morning. Among us there were the owners of English Cocker spaniels, people do more cultured and intelligent. One night in the midst of the fun, and from an excess of emotion somebody even started shooting in the air, humpering the rest to sleep. From the tent got one of Cockerists and asked with a smile: "well, when did you have the ammo to end?". One of the participants said, "Remember, Epstein! Cartridges and vodka at Russians will never end!"
