It was a fairly large office complex employing both men and women, Charlie the mail carrier had the run of the place and he would always make sure he complement the ladies on his rounds. Two of the women filed a complaint with human resources department against charlie due to his unwelcome advances. Filling out the complaint they said the person in question would approach them and say "boy your hair sure smells nice" every day this would happen and we want him to stop.
